These terms regulate access and use of the Platikia platform in accordance with current Mexican legislation.
Platikia provides AI virtual assistants for commercial conversations on WhatsApp. Depending on the plan, the service includes customer support, catalog sales, quotes, smart scheduling, follow-up, loyalty, in-chat payments, satisfaction surveys, and daily summaries. AI-generated replies do not constitute professional, legal, or financial advice.
Para usar Platikia el titular debe ser mayor de 18 años, tener un número de WhatsApp Business activo y aceptar estos terminos. Al crear una cuenta, el negocio establece su número de WhatsApp como identificador y una contraseña inicial. El titular es responsable de mantener la confidencialidad de sus credenciales.
The service must be used exclusively for legitimate commercial operations in accordance with current Mexican legislation and WhatsApp Business policies. It is prohibited to: send spam, use the platform for fraud or illegal activities, try to access data from other businesses, reverse engineer the system or violate WhatsApp policies.
The business is responsible for the catalog, operational knowledge, prices, personalized responses and any content you upload to your account, including its veracity and compliance with the LFPC. Platikia processes this content to operate the virtual assistants but does not moderate it and is not responsible for its accuracy.
Published prices are in Mexican pesos (MXN) and include VAT when applicable. Subscriptions renew automatically. Platikia will give at least 30 days’ notice of price changes. Account holders may cancel from their private portal at any time. Under Article 56 of the LFPC, account holders may withdraw consent without penalty within five business days after purchase.
Platikia strives to keep the service available 24/7 but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Integrations with WhatsApp, Google Calendar and other services depend on their respective providers.
The Platikia platform, its source code, design, brand, logos and documentation are the exclusive property of Platikia. The content that the business uploads to your account remains the property of the owner. Platikia obtains a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to process such content solely for the purpose of operating the virtual assistants.
Platikia no será responsable por daños indirectos, incidentales, especiales o consecuentes derivados del uso del servicio. La responsabilidad total de Platikia no excedera el monto pagado por el titular en los 12 meses previos al evento que genere la reclamacion.
The business can cancel their account at any time from their private panel. Platikia may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms. In case of termination, the data is deleted within 30 business days. The owner may request a copy of their data before deletion.
These terms are governed by the federal laws of the United Mexican States. For the resolution of disputes, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Mexico City, without prejudice to the consumer's right to go to PROFECO. Last update: April 2026.
