DataPersonal data we collect
We collect information provided when the business creates an account: business name, account-holder contact details, product or service catalog, schedule, business contacts and operational knowledge. During operation we process WhatsApp messages, voice notes transcribed with artificial intelligence, scheduling preferences and interaction logs. When the business or its customer requests an invoice we process tax data: RFC, legal name, tax regime, CFDI use, postal code and delivery email. If the business enables voice replies, the reply text is converted to audio; if it enables calls, the call recording and transcript are processed. We do not collect sensitive personal data as defined in Article 3, section VI of the LFPDPPP.

Primary purposes (required for the service): operate the business's virtual assistants, reply to WhatsApp messages, manage appointments or orders and the schedule, process quotes, collect online payments and record them, issue tax receipts (CFDI) on request and check registered RFCs against the SAT Article 69-B list, run loyalty programs, generate business metrics and keep the service running. Secondary purposes (not required but beneficial): send communications about new features, generate aggregated performance reports and improve the artificial intelligence models. If you do not want your data used for secondary purposes, you may object by emailing [email protected] with the subject "Negativa finalidades secundarias".
